Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry and packaging.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
While we do not offer refunds, we accept returns for exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested and shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
- Return shipping costs and any related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect both the jewelry and its packaging. If the item is returned in the same condition in which it was sent, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.
Unfortunately, returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
